When you receive your beautiful purchase, we ask that you please check it carefully. Should you find the item is damaged, has a manufacturing fault, or is incomplete, please contact us immediately at info(at)eclecticartisans.com.
Every effort is made to provide you with as much information as possible about your purchase to avoid the inconvenience of needing to return your item. Returns and refunds are only accepted on the following basis:
Return/refund due to damage or manufacturing fault
- Customers will be offered a repair, replacement or cash refund option.
- Cash refunds will be made using the original payment method.
Return/refund for any other reason
- Customers will be offered the option of a replacement item, excluding the original shipping and re-shipping costs, OR
- a credit voucher to the value of the item, excluding shipping costs. The credit voucher must be used within 12 months of the issue date.
- No cash refunds are available.
General return/refund policy
- Contact with EA regarding returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the order, at info(at)eclecticartisans.com
- Returns must be completed within 21 days of receiving the order.
- A return address will be supplied upon approval for the return being issued. Your full name, address and a copy of the original online order, or order number is required.
- EA will not be responsible for any item purchased which is lost in return transit. It is recommended that returns be insured.
- The returned items are to be unworn, in original condition, and in the full original packaging, complete with any labels, jewellery pouches etc.
- There is no refund on items that are made to order.
- There is no refund on sale items.
- There is no refund on gift vouchers.
- The balance of any partly used gift voucher is not redeemable for cash.
